About Us

Hello! My name is Kelsey Williams, owner of Leelanau Candle Co. 

I was born and raised in the heart of Leelanau County and I’m so thankful for that. Growing up I loved to go hiking, swimming and rock hunting along Lake Michigan. I am so lucky to call this area my home. 

After many tests, brainstorming and lots of hard work I finally decided to take my candle making hobby to the next level. That’s when Leelanau Candle Co. was born! Inspired by my favorite things all Leelanau! I wanted to bring a piece of Leelanau to everyone’s home.

I hand-pour every candle with the highest quality of soy wax and oils and I hope you enjoy these candles as much as I do.
